Wichtiger juristischer Etappensieg im erbitterten Patentstreit.

Im Patentstreit mit seinem koreanischen Konkurrenten Samsung hat der US-Computer- und Elektronikkonzern Apple nach den jüngsten Rückschlägen jetzt Medienberichten zufolge einen wichtigen juristischen Etappensieg errungen.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 gestoppt
Ein Gericht im Bundesstaat Kalifornien stoppte am Dienstag USA-weit den Verkauf des Samsungs Tablet-Computers Galaxy 10.1, wie das "Wall Street Journal" (WSJ) online berichtete. Apple habe überzeugend argumentiert, dass Samsung bei der Gestaltung des Tablets Design-Patente verletzt habe, schrieb Amtsrichterin Lucy Koh demnach zur Begründung ihrer vorläufigen einstweiligen Verfügung.

Weltweiter Streit
Apple wirft Samsung in Klagen in mehreren Ländern vor, beim Galaxy Tab das Design des iPad kopiert zu haben. Auch in Deutschland läuft ein entsprechendes Verfahren. Zuletzt wollte der US-Konzern sogar den Verkauf des Samsung Smartphones Galaxy S3 verhindern .
