Harry & Meghan: Maximal zwei Kinder

Prinz Harry (34) hat in einem von ihm selbst geführten Interview mit der Primatenforscherin Jane Goodall verraten, dass er ein Geschwisterchen für Sohn Archie plane - aber wohl nicht mehr. Als er andeutete, noch Nachwuchs zu wollen, unterbrach ihn Goodall (85), die das Verhalten von Schimpansen erforschte: "Nicht zu viele." Darauf sagte der prominente britische Royal-Angehörige: "Maximal zwei."

Den Planet schonen

Die Geburt Archies vor drei Monaten habe seine Sicht auf die Welt verändert, vor allem beim Thema Umweltschutz. "Ich habe schon immer gedacht: Dieser Platz ist geliehen. Wir sind so intelligent und hoch entwickelt, dass wir in der Lage sein sollten, der nächsten Generation einen besseren Ort zu hinterlassen."

Das Gespräch, das in Windsor geführt wurde, ist Teil der September-Ausgabe des Modemagazins "Vogue". Harrys Ehefrau, Herzogin Meghan (37), wirkte dabei als Gast-Chefredakteurin mit. Die britische Zeitschrift kommt am Freitag in den Handel, einige Texte sind im Voraus online zu lesen.

Earlier this summer HRH The Duke of Sussex met with world renowned ethologist Dr. Jane Goodall for an intimate conversation on environment, activism, and the world as they see it. This special sit-down was requested by The Duchess of Sussex, who has long admired Dr. Goodall and wanted to feature her in the September issue of @BritishVogue, which HRH has guest edited. HRH and Dr. Goodall spoke candidly about many topics including the effects of unconscious bias, and the need for people to acknowledge that your upbringing and environment can cause you to be prejudiced without realising it.
