Wird Lothar Matthäus seine Scheidung noch bereuen? Ihm droht sogar Haftstrafe.
Heute wird Lothar Matthäus 50, schon gestern feierte er in München mit Freunden und seiner neuen Flamme Ariadne. Ganz unbeschwert dürfte das Fest nicht abgelaufen sein, denn eine ÖSTERREICH -Story zieht immer weitere Kreise.
Nicht gültig
Wie berichtet, dürfte die Scheidung des Glamour-Kickers von seiner Ex-Frau Liliana am 2. Februar im Salzberger Hallein (Aktenzahl 31 FAM 1511z) rechtlich gar nicht gültig sein. Matthäus hatte damals nämlich gar keinen ordentlichen Wohnsitz in Österreich. Seine Ex-Frau, der die Trennung
von „Loddar“ jetzt gar nicht mehr recht zu sein scheint („Lothar hat mich überrumpelt!“), schickte ihre Anwälte aus.
Urkundenfälschung
Advokat Otto Urban fand heraus, dass der Meldezettel von Matthäus auf eine Adresse in einem unbewohnten Salzburger Bürogebäude angemeldet war. Stimmen die Vorwürfe, läge Urkundenfälschung vor. Und auf die kann sogar eine Gefängnisstrafe von bis zu drei Jahren stehen.
Matthäus reagiert fassungslos: „Für mich ist die Scheidung gültig“, sagte er zu RTL exklusiv.
