    "Wir haben uns entschieden, die Diamant-Kette im Zuge einer Auktion zu verkaufen", so der Eigentümer zu TMZ.com. So soll ein möglichst hoher Preis erzielt werden. Doch ein Sprecher betont, dass der Ladenbesitzer sich daran nicht bereichern möchte: "Wir werden den Erlös spenden."

    Stattfinden soll die Auktion erst, wenn der Fall abgeschlossen ist, heißt es weiter.

    Heute vor Gericht
    Das könnte - rein theoretisch - schon heute sein: Am Vormittag (Ortszeit in Los Angeles) steht Lindsay Lohan vor Gericht . Insider vermuten aber, dass es lediglich zu einer Fristverlängerung kommen wird: Die Aktrice darf noch ein wenig darüber nachdenken, ob sie das Angebot des Richters annimmt und einer Einigung zustimmt.

    Bislang lehnte Lohan das entschieden ab, denn es würde bedeuten, dass sie nach einem Schuldgeständnis erneut ins Gefängnis wandert.
